Every size is listed on the chart in EU, UK, US, AUS, and CN. If you're not sure which is yours, measure your foot from the back of the heel to the end of your longest toe and match the centimeters on the size chart. That number is the one that can't be misread.

Sizes run from EU 34 to EU 43.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 days, and delivery takes 5 to 21 business days from there. A tracking link goes out by email the moment your order ships, and you get another when it lands. During busy periods it can run a little longer.

If you're ordering for a particular night, give yourself four weeks. Message us before you order if it's tighter than that and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Wipe them down with a damp cloth and dry them with a soft towel. Nothing abrasive, no solvents, and never the washing machine.

Take the batteries out if you're not wearing them for a while. Batteries left sitting in anything for months can leak, and that's the one thing that would genuinely ruin a pair.

Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from radiators when you're not wearing them. The clear material can discolor in heat and will take a permanent bend if it's left folded or stacked under something heavy.
